Linda Yang is an associate attorney with Taylor English’s Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups.
Ms. Yang advises clients on a wide range of corporate issues involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters.
Having a specialty in IP, Ms. Yang also manages clients’ large global IP portfolios and handling registration, enforcement, and monetization matters relating to trademarks, both in the U.S. and globally.
Ms. Yang also has experience in counseling clients on a variety of commercial matters relating to manufacturing or selling in China, including contract negotiation and strategies in IP protection.
Ms. Yang earned her undergraduate law degree in Beijing, China and subsequently obtained her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
